Do you offer birthday paint parties for kids and adults?
Yes. RAD Studio Co offers creative birthday party experiences for both kids and adults. Mobile paint parties can be held at a home, clubhouse or chosen venue, with art supplies and step-by-step instruction included for hosted packages. Birthday party packages start at $250 for up to 10 guests, with Deluxe and VIP options available.
How much does a paint party cost?
Current canvas paint party pricing is $30 per person for an 8×10 canvas and $35 per person for an 11×14 canvas. Private events generally have a 10-participant minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How much do specialty workshops cost?
Specialty Workshops start at $35 per person. Pricing varies depending on the selected project, materials, size, customization and event requirements.
How long does a paint party or workshop last?
Most events are approximately 1½–2 hours, although the length varies depending on the selected project, group size and type of event.
Do you bring the supplies?
Yes. RAD Studio Co provides the art materials needed for the selected instructor-led project. Exact supplies and setup details depend on the service or package booked.
Do guests need painting or art experience?
No. Events are designed to be beginner-friendly, and instructor-led experiences include step-by-step guidance
Where do you travel?
RAD Studio Co serves St. Augustine and communities throughout St. Johns, Duval, Flagler, Volusia and Clay counties. Travel within the St. Augustine area is included. A travel fee may apply for events outside the local service area based on distance.
What types of groups do you work with?
RAD Studio Co works with private groups, birthday parties, apartment and HOA communities, senior living communities, schools and youth programs, corporate groups, healthcare teams, country clubs and other community organizations.
Do you offer programs for schools and youth groups?
Yes. RAD Studio Co offers age-appropriate art experiences for schools, camps, YMCA/youth programs, PTO and family events, and other youth groups. Projects can be adapted to the age range, group size and program goals.
What ages are your kids’ art activities for?
Kids’ activities can be adapted for different ages and skill levels. Many youth art and enrichment activities are designed for children approximately ages 5–12. For children’s birthday parties, RAD Studio Co can help select a project appropriate for the age of the guests.
Do you offer events for apartments, HOAs and 55+ communities?
Yes. Mobile paint parties and specialty workshops are available for resident events, clubhouses, apartment communities, HOAs and 55+ communities
Do you offer senior living art programs?
Yes. RAD Studio Co provides creative experiences for senior living communities and can adapt projects to the needs of the group and setting
Do you offer corporate or team-building events?
Yes. Paint parties and creative workshops can be used for employee events, corporate gatherings, healthcare teams and team-building experiences
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A required deposit confirms a private-event booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are subject to the Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. More than 14 days before a private event, a deposit may be transferred one time to a future event date within 90 days, subject to availability. At 14 days or less before the event, deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Open workshops and custom orders have separate terms. Can the participant count change after booking?
Final participant counts must be provided at least 7 days before the event, or closer to the event at RAD Studio Co’s discretion. Additional participants may be added if supplies permit. The final confirmed count is used for invoicing and materials preparation.
