Why We Started
Mission
Hi there!! My name is Robyn and my business partner and fiance is Aaron and we LOVE to paint and create! We are currently in the process of planning our wedding for this fall, (second marriage for both of us). Along with that we are building our business together and loving it! Together, we have 4 adult children, 2 girls and 2 guys, and one grandson. They have been and still are, the joys of our lives. We recently put on our adventurous wings and moved from Missouri to Florida and let me tell you, it has been scary, exciting, and everything in between but was a much needed move!
I started selling in local craft shows 30 years ago and would also sew dolls and bears for displays and orders for a mail order company that sold and advertised through Country Sampler magazine. Aaron is a talented air-brush artist and has used that talent as a “side-gig” for the last several years painting motorcycles, tool boxes, custom mailboxes, etc. He has also made cups that were very popular with his customers.
Once the universe finally brought us together, one of our first dates was a paint party at an ax house. We had so much fun! After attending a few other paint parties, we decided we wanted to do this on our own and started our business, RAD Studio!
Aaron and I are busy in our studio DAILY, coming up with new ideas, re-creating old ones, or just simply painting a fun or challenging canvas painting! Along with that, many hours of computer work are spent to set “all the things” up on the website and social media sites! SO, stay tuned, as things will be evolving as we go.
Our mission is to bring you unique, quality products that you can enjoy for a lifetime along with having paint parties online and in-person to help YOU bring out your artistic side. It’s SO important for all of us to take time-out from our busy lives to enjoy things that bring us joy and that’s what we want to bring to your life!
